About Glad
Filipina Baddie, Entrepreneur and Content Creator
Born in a small province in Philippines and raised in sunny San Diego, I’ve got sunshine running through my veins. 🌴 I’m all about creating a soft life, expressing gratitude, and trying to be as kind as possible.
co-founder of drip creative studio
I am co-founder of a 4,800 square feet production space called DRIP in San Diego. It holds two dance studios, two photo/video rooms and a podcast room. Check it out if you’re ever in town!
Big Magic
One of my favorite books is Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert and I live my life believing inspiration and creativity are constantly in direct communication with me.
BOUGEE HIPPIE
I’m a self-proclaimed boujee hippie. Meditating with crystals, orchestrating manifestations, and getting deep with plant medicine is it – and my blog is your portal to a world filled with all things spiritually divine and luxuriously magical.
born to move
Never underestimate the power of moving the body – that shit heals. I’ve been in dance classes since I was 10 years old. I’m mainly trained in Polynesian dance (Hula and Tahitian) but I also do hip-hop, contemporary, and heels.

Eating! I know, it sounds weird but when you're running two businesses, it's easy to forget about something as basic as grabbing a bite. I've got alarms on my phone just to remind me to eat! Lately, I've been making a point to savor the moment when I eat. No phones, no TV, just me and my meal, relishing every delicious bite.
Taking myself on coffee dates. I stopped drinking coffee during IVF. But I miss the flavor and the caffeine kick so much. So now I’m back to trying new coffee shops. There are a lot of fun ones popping up in National City like Mujer Divina and Friends of Friends.
Laying out at the park. I try to put aside time daily to walk to the park. Sometimes I work out or I bring a book that I never read. It’s one of my favorite moments of my week.
Weekly massages! I used to wait until I was in pain or felt really tight before going. But I’ve been doing it now for maintenance and I feel like it’s healed me even on the inside.
